How do I book?

It's simple!

  • Pick your date and contact me. (I suggest at least a month in advance to lock in the date

  • Choose from one of our magical themes! 

  • Send the details and we will get to work!

  • Pay your deposit and secure your magical sleepover!

What is included?

Starry Nite Sleepovers aims to provide a hassle-free experience for our clients. In preparation for our arrival, on the day of your sleepover, you will need to clear the party room. Then simply leave the rest to us! 

 

We do it all!  We will deliver, assemble and beautifully style to perfection, your chosen theme!  We will come back the next day to pack it all up, leaving you with only magical memories to cherish!! 

How much space is required to host a sleepover?

Each tent setup is about 4 feet wide by 6 feet deep.  The serving tray add an extra 18 inches to the setup, but we can move those around to accommodate. It is the responsibility of the adult hosting the party to make sure there is a safe amount of space to walk & sleep. Please contact us if you have any questions about setup in your specific space.

We encourage you to send us a photo or video of your space!

How long does it take to set up and break down the sleepover?

Setup usually takes about 2 hours and breakdown about 1 hour.  We will plan together to allow for plenty of setup time before your guests arrive.

How long is the rental period?

Rentals are for one night.  Each additional night is $25 per night, per tent.

What are the incidental charges?

Any item that is lightly damaged or stained may be subject to a cleaning fee.  Any missing or severely damaged materials may be subject to a fee equal to its replacement value.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Venmo, Zelle, check or cash payment.

Is there a deposit?

Yes.  A deposit of $100 will be requested when booking your party.  The deposit will go towards your total balance.  The remainder of your payment is due 1 week before your event.

How do you clean your sleepover rentals?

All bedding is laundered after each use. 

To make sure that every precaution is being taken to ensure your party is risk free. All of our bed linens are machine washed after every sleepover experience. All other fabrics (tent covers and decorative pillows) are spot cleaned and are treated with a natural, non-toxic, antibacterial solution. All hard surfaces are disinfected.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens! 
Events can be cancelled for a full refund if cancellation is more than 48 hours before your event.  If you must cancel your party with less than 48 hours notice, due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, you will be offered the option to reschedule & your deposit will be transferred.

Can I design my own party theme? Can the tents be used for both indoor and outdoor use?

YES!! Absolutey!  We have themes for both boys and girls, but we welcome your ideas, and can make it happen!  That will require a planning session via phone so we can plan it with perfection.  It could be subject to an additional fee depending on the theme and add ons.

Our tents are typically for indoor use but we now offer outdoor options!  Luxury Outdoor Picnic, Movie Night Under The Stars, and poolside setups are all available during the milder weather months!  

Can a Starry Nite Sleepover be setup in a hotel or other venue?

Absolutely. You will need to ensure that the party room is cleared in preparation for our arrival. You will need to book and notify the venue, and also ensure that the venue provides us with loading/unloading access to the party space.

Is there a travel fee?

Depending on location.
